About the Joe Rich Community Hall

Our Community Hall is available to rent for special occasions, events, and meetings.

-Capacity dependent on activity

-Hall Dimensions: 30' x 50'

-Fully functioning and equipped kitchen

-Wheelchair accessible

-Rectangular tables (3x8) and folding chairs for capacity

-Access to RDCO park (permission needed from RDCO to use the park area for your event)

-Hosts are responsible for acquiring their OWN Special Events License (SEP) if they would like to serve alcohol at an event. Details below in Hall Rental Request Form.
-** Playing commercially purchased music?? **( IE: DJ, etc)
Be sure to provide a copy of your SOCAN music License.

Rental Rates

-Email for fees per hour
-Email for fees per day Monday- Thursday
-Email for fees per day Friday-Sunday
-Email for fees for entire weekend
(Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Note: Damage deposit required upon confirmed booking. Damage deposit payable by Cash or Cheque.
Cleaning service available upon request for call or email for fees $/HR.
Minimum 2 hr cleaning taken out of damage deposit.

*It is the Event Hosts responsibility to obtain a valid Liquor License (Special Event Permit, SEP) in order to have alcohol present. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the event. Event Hosts must also have a server(s) with SIR who will be required to provide proof of certification a minimum of 14 days before the event takes place. . Special Event Insurance will be required for all events where alcohol is present and possibly other events depended of the activities taking place. Copies of both of these must be provided a minimum of 14 days prior to the event taking place.*
