About the Hall
Our Community Hall is available to rent for special occasions, events, and meetings.
-Capacity of 120 people
-Hall Dimensions: 30' x 50'
-Fully functioning and equipped kitchen
-Rectangular tables (3x8) and folding chairs for capacity
-Access to RDCO park
-Hosts are responsible for acquiring their OWN Special Events License (SEP) if they would like to serve alcohol at an event. Details below in Hall Rental Request Form.
-** Playing commercially purchased music?? **( IE: DJ, etc)
Be sure to provide a copy of your SOCAN music License.
-$30 per hour
-$100 per day Monday- Thursday
-$150 per day Friday-Sunday
-$350 for entire weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Note: Damage deposit required upon confirmed booking. Damage deposit is half the rental fee payable by Cash or Cheque.
Cleaning service available upon request for $25/HR.
Minimum 1 hr cleaning taken out of damage deposit.
** All applicants must be 19 years of age or older to rent**

** PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS FOR RESPONSE TO HALL RENTALS**
Please complete and give this document when the deposit is payed.
