About The Joe Rich Community Hall

Our Community Hall is available to rent for special occasions, events, and meetings.

-Capacity dependent on activity 
 
-Hall Dimensions: 30' x 50'
 
-Fully functioning and equipped kitchen
 
-Wheelchair accessible
 
-Rectangular tables (3x8) and folding chairs for capacity
 
-Access to RDCO park (permission needed from RDCO to use the park area for your event)

-Hosts are responsible for acquiring their OWN Special Events License (SEP) if they would like to serve alcohol at an event. Details below in Hall Rental Request Form.
-** Playing commercially purchased music **( IE: DJ, etc)
Be sure to provide a copy of your SOCAN music License.

Rental Rates

-Email for fees per hour
-Email for fees per day Monday- Thursday
-Email for fees per day  Friday-Sunday
-Email for fees for entire weekend
  (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Note: Damage deposit required upon confirmed booking. Damage deposit payable by Cash or Cheque.
Cleaning service available upon request for call or email for fees $/HR.
Minimum 2 hr cleaning taken out of damage deposit.
