About The Joe Rich Community Hall

Our Community Hall is available to rent for special occasions, events, and meetings.

-Capacity dependent on activity 
 
-Hall Dimensions: 30' x 50'
 
-Fully functioning and equipped kitchen
 
-Wheelchair accessible
 
-Rectangular tables (3x8) and folding chairs for capacity
 
-The Joe Rich Community Hall and surrounding public park is owned by the Central Okanagan Regional District and park space is NOT included with any rental. The Joe Rich Community Park remains accessible to the public during your use. No activities or open alcohol are permitted on park property.

-Hosts are responsible for acquiring their own insurance to cover event liability and if alcohol will be offered at your event, you will require a Special Event Permit.

RENTAL RATES:

Please complete the form below outlining your event. Rental Rates are dependant on length of time required.

Note: Damage deposit is required upon confirmed booking. Payable through cash, cheque or etransfer.
Minimum 1 hr cleaning will be taken out of damage deposit and cleaning costs determined after post-event walk through.
